Job Description
Implementation Project Manager (126332)

Responsible for a variety of project management duties involved in the planning, estimating, tracking, and management of timelines associated with implementing the technical and procedural functions of new customers with regard to utilizing our suite of services; act as point-of-contact with internal departments and external customers and vendors in defining goals and objectives for delivering services in a timely manner in order to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction; analyze customer data and report to management on areas where we can optimize sales within each assigned account; proactively oversee the activities involved in quality resolution of problems related to assigned projects; respond with a sense of urgency to problems escalated to employee's level and escalate to supervisor any situation outside employee's control

Qualifications
Education* Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management or a related field required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.Experience* Minimum 2 years experience in project planning required, with project management in a sales or technical environment preferred. Minimum one year experience in the conferencing industry preferredOther* Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access required.* Prior knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
