We are seeking results-oriented and dedicated individuals to lead our organization into the future! As a Mechanical Locomotive Manager in the Operations Management Training (OMT) program, you will gain experience in transportation and mechanical operations and the skills to lead a team! Once training is complete, you will be assigned to a work location where you will lead the inspection, maintenance and repair of locomotives. We are powered by our people, will you join our team?
The OMT program offers 4 classes each year - January, April, July and September. Mechanical OMT's have approximately 9 to 12 months of on-the-job training combined with formal classroom instruction.
