CHS Stewardship
CHS has a rich history of supporting the communities and industries in which we do business. We provide not only financial support, but also dedicated volunteers and industry experts whose commitment helps enrich the lives of all we serve. The CHS Foundation (www.chsfoundation.org) primarily focuses on agricultural and cooperative education and leadership development. The foundation has endowed assets of more than $30 million and each year distributes more than $1.7 million in grants, scholarships and educational support. CHS provides corporate contributions to eligible programs within the communities in which it does business, including a corporate match to United Way campaigns conducted at many major company locations. CHS employees and their families contribute thousands of volunteer hours each year to efforts such as highway cleanup, 4-H and FFA programs, holiday giving drives, and youth development. |
