Our production jobs are team-based positions. This role is an entry-level opportunity in the molding or grinding department and does not require previous experience. However, you must be able to tolerate a loud, warm, and physically challenging environment. The successful applicant must be able to stand for extended periods of time. The position does offer the opportunity for cross-training and experience in a variety of tasks related to production.

Pay Rate:

Base pay rate $20.00

$.50 shift differential

1st shift pay rate: $20.00

2nd shift pay rate: $20.50


Typical shift hours:

1st Shift: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm

2nd Shift: 6:00 pm - 6:00 am

65-70 hours per week

Essential Functions

  • Operating machine
  • Using basic hand tools
  • Able to lift and move objects weighting up to 100 lbs. with a crane or hoist
  • Inspecting the patterns and castings to ensure quality
  • Stacking parts properly and safely on the floor or skid
  • High-impact work in job rotation

Education/Experience Requirements:

No experience is necessary, we will train you

Must be at least 18 years old to apply

Must be able to read and follow work instructions

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
