Position Summary

This position will provide technical support for key equipment sales/service initiatives; i.e. USP and EOE service offerings. Coordinate, manage, and participate in required rebuilds for USP/EOE programs. Support the field Technical Service Reps as backup service providers and assist with equipment installations as required.

Job Description
  • Manage rebuild personnel on site to complete rebuild requirements and facilitate successful start up of equipment post-rebuild.
  • Coordinate USP/EOE rebuild activity with Territory TSR's and PESC. Kit planning - ordering - delivery for rebuilds as well as labor requirements
  • Provide equipment troubleshooting, repair and maintenance service to customers as required
  • Complete all administrative requirements for documentation of service activity, monthly reports, and expenses
  • Complete all required safety training - both internal and customer requirements.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • COVIDvaccinated
  • Mechanically inclined and innovative
  • Possess a valid US Driver's License
  • Ability to travel overnight 75% of the time
  • Technical school preferred
  • Previous experience servicing Cryovac rotary and auxiliary equipment preferred
  • Professional attitude and be self motivated/directed
  • Time management, communication skills, decision making, interpersonal, computer and organizational skills
  • Computer technology experience - Email, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, CRM
  • Ability to work cross functionally to achieve company goals
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools
  • Commercial or Industrial troubleshooting, installation, servicing and programming
  • Experience in food packaging or other related experience
