Pay Range: $64,329.92 - 79,769.10 annually

NFM's Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for the entire NFM email and SMS marketing program. This includes implementation and analysis of all emails, creation of advanced email workflows and related activities for our website(s) and internal business units. The Marketing Team is a fast paced, constantly changing, detailed work environment.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

• Manage: Develop and execute the strategic plan and implementation tactics for driving all email programs including establishing the proper cadence for all email communication messages
• Strategize: Drive strategic content development for each campaign, while utilizing design, photography and copywriting teams
• Prepare: Strategic acquisition, retention and conversion planning for NFM subscriber and customer databases staying in line with best practices and legal compliance statues
• Coordinate: Manage email service provider relationship and/or email agency of record to take full advantage of technology services, and on-time delivery of all messages
• Grow: Analyze SMS effectiveness and make changes accordingly to specific campaigns, SMS workflows, or overall strategy and plan to meet/exceed goals

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing related field or equivalent experience required
• 3 years email marketing experience required
• Experience in enterprise level email marketing/automation platforms. (I.E. Adobe Campaign Standard) required
• Strong strategical and tactical background preferred
• Strong project management, analytical, data- thinking, and organizational skills driven
• HTML editors experience preferred
• Digital promotions concept and strategy with proven success in driving project from inception to completion
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Ability to balance marketing/creative execution with performance based analytics to achieve high performing campaigns and programs
• Ability to work independently under deadlines with accountability for results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to plan, track and analyze based on financial reporting
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
