SPECIALIST 1 POSITION SUMMARY:
Retail Operations Specialists are responsible for the execution of various corporate programs that support the operational and employee engagement with the CLUB program in all US Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's locations. Works with various stakeholders at Corporate and throughout the country as part of leading projects of various sizes. This position will receive heavy leadership support and priority alignment in the execution of processes that impact process oversight, scorekeeping, communication, and overall vision.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Execute existing retail operational strategies that include CLUB acquisition, retention, and customer experience performance. Create and perform various levels of tracking and basic analysis to measure effectiveness towards key business drivers and communicate results effectively. 30%
Execute processes that support retail operational and marketing strategies. Leverage a strong innovative mindset to identify and execute process improvements. 20%
Support and manage small to medium size projects in partnership with CLUB Retail Operations leadership including managing project expenses to budget. Develop and oversee communication to retail end users. 20%
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners through regular communication. Work effectively within assigned team to execute projects/direction and keep stakeholders informed. Coordinate and execute training on projects. 15%
Ensure project and process execution aligns with relevant organizational policies. Leverages a strong skillset of critical thinking to Identify and resolve issues. 10%
All other duties as assigned. 5%
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required:High School Diploma or Associate's Degree inBusiness, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Training/Learning and Development or a related field
Preferred Degree: Bachelor'sDegree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Training/Learning and Development or a related field
Experience:2-4 Years Experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
Analysis and project management experience preferred
Effective communication (written and verbal)
Self-starter: demonstrates personal initiative and willingly assumes responsibility and ownership

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Up to 10% for training, partner collaboration, etc.
