We are looking for a Dental Front Desk Receptionist who is passionate about caring for underserved populations. The selected candidate will serve as one of the first point of contacts for patients and visitors of the clinic. Responsibilities include providing prompt, informative and professional customer service to visitors, patients and staff, as well as ensuring timely, accurate and secure registration of patients. The Dental Front Desk will also assist the dentist when needed.


Dental has full-time positions located at multiple locations (our satellite Ped's clinic at our main campus (30th & L) & our Northwest Clinic). The schedule will be 40 hours per week, generally between the hours of 8am-5pm, Monday-Thursday. Position may require traveling between OneWorld locations upon manager/director request.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Proficiency in both English and Spanish required.

- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office required. Experience with Dentrix or other comparable software system preferred.

- Strong Attention to detail, positive customer service, effective teamwork skills and a proactive attitude.

- Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate filing system for the retrieval of needed information.

- Demonstrated ability to relate effectively to providers, patients, and representative of third-party payers and the ability to work as a "team" member of the medical office staff.

- Demonstrated ability to carry out the assigned duties of this position independently or with only minimal supervision.
