Job Description
Position Title: Assembly Team Lead - Level 3
Wage: $21.00 - $26.00/hour
Shift: 2nd
Hours: 1:00pm - 9:00pm

Assembly Team Lead Responsibilities:
- Read, learn, understand, and interpret blueprints and work instructions to complete assembly of products or components according to established guidelines and quality standards
- Read, understand, and interpret more complex ruler measurements
- Identify and pick out various sizes of wire for production
- Use a variety of hand and power tools
- Assemble or modify electronic equipment
- Position, align and adjust work pieces and electronic parts to facilitate wiring assembly
- Perform in-process inspection of production work
- Set up jobs and fill out paperwork for production
Requirements for Assembly Team Lead:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with at least three years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- IPC Certification
- Advanced soldering and crimping skills
- Knowledge of kitting-bagging to prepare product for shipment
- Knowledge of crimping machine and changing of dies in bench top crimper
- Good time management and communication skills
- Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers
- Able to read and interpret schematic drawings diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, reports to determine materials requirements and assembly instructions
- Able to read measuring devices such as rulers, micrometers, calipers, scales and use magnifying aids
